Terms & Conditions - The Giver Wedding Film Package Giveaway
## 1. The Promoter
This promotion is run by Rebel Love Club / Rebel Love Collective Ltd of 5 St. Johns Court, Axbridge, United Kingdom, BS26 2AY, ("the Promoter", "we", "us").
## 2. The Competition
2.1. This is a skill-based prize competition ("the Competition"), not a lottery. Entry requires correctly answering a skill question, as set out in Clause 5.
2.2. The prize is "The Giver" - a full day of wedding videography coverage provided by Rebel Love Club, to be used for a wedding taking place in 2027 or 2028 ("the Prize"), subject to availability as set out in Clause 9.
## 3. How to Enter
3.1. The Competition opens at 00:00 on Monday 20th July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Monday 31st August 2026 ("the Closing Date"). Entries received outside this window will not be counted.
3.2. **Paid entry:** Entrants may purchase entries via [website/platform link] as follows:
- £10 = 2 entries
- £20 = 5 entries
- £30 = 10 entries
All paid entrants must correctly answer the skill question at Clause 5 as part of the entry process. Entries submitted without a correct answer will not be included in the draw.
3.3. **Free entry:** No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter for free, entrants must send their full name, email address, and a correct answer to the skill question at Clause 5, by post to:

Free entries must arrive by the Closing Date. Each valid free postal entry received will count as one (1) entry into the draw, carrying equal weight and equal odds of winning as one paid entry. Only one free entry per person will be accepted.
3.4. There is no limit to the number of paid entries a single entrant may purchase, other than as restricted by the platform used to sell tickets.
## 4. Eligibility
4.1. The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected to the Competition.
4.2. Entries from Northern Ireland are not accepted.
4.3. By entering, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria above.
## 5. The Skill Question:
5.1. All entrants, whether entering by payment or free post, must correctly answer the following skill-testing question as a condition of valid entry:
Rebel Love Club was founded to shine a light on one type of love story in the wedding industry. Which is it?
A) Destination weddings only
B) Inclusive, diverse love stories
C) Budget weddings under £5k
D) Same-day edit videography only
5.2. Only one correct answer will be accepted. Entries with an incorrect or missing answer will be void and will not be entered into the draw.
5.3. [If using a tiebreaker: In the event that more valid, correct entries are received than can be separated by the question alone, a tiebreaker answer of “In 10 words or fewer, why do you want your wedding filmed?” will be used to determine the winner, judged by the Promoter on creativity.
## 6. Winner Selection
6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries (paid and free, combined into a single pool) that have correctly answered the skill question, within 7 days of the Closing Date.
6.2. The draw will be conducted using a random number generator / named tool, and a record of the process will be retained by the Promoter.
6.3. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw, using the contact details provided at entry.
6.4. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
6.5. The winner's first name and county/region (or similar non-identifying detail) may be published on the Promoter's website or social media channels to confirm the result. No entrant's full contact details will be published without consent.
## 7. The Prize
7.1. The Prize is one full day of wedding videography coverage (up to 9 hours coverage) by Rebel Love Club, for a wedding taking place in 2027 or 2028, subject to availability of dates.
7.2. The Prize does not include travel, accommodation, or any costs beyond the videography coverage itself, unless otherwise stated.
7.3. The winner must book their wedding date with the Promoter within 1 month of being notified, subject to the Promoter's availability. Peak dates, destination weddings, or dates outside the Promoter's normal working area may be excluded or subject to a supplementary charge - see Clause 9.
7.4. The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and has no cash alternative.
7.5. If, for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Prize (or any element of it) cannot be provided as described, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
## 8. Data Protection
8.1. Personal data (name, email address, postal address for free entries) collected as part of this Competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition, contacting the winner, and - where the entrant has separately opted in - for marketing communications from Rebel Love Club.
8.2. Data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
8.3. Entrants may request their data be deleted at any time by contacting steffandells@rebelloveclub.co.uk, except where retention is required to administer the Competition or meet legal obligations.
## 9. Prize Booking Terms
9.1. The winning date is subject to the Promoter's availability at the time of booking and may be affected by pre-existing bookings, travel distance, or peak wedding season demand.
9.2. Where the winner's preferred date is unavailable, the Promoter will work with the winner to find a mutually agreeable alternative date within the eligible window (2027–2028).
9.3. Standard Rebel Love Club booking terms (including any applicable travel surcharge for destination weddings) apply to the Prize booking, save that the core videography package itself is provided free of charge.
## 10. General
10.1. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these terms, or to have entered using fraudulent or automated methods.
10.3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition, or these terms, at any stage where deemed necessary due to circumstances outside its control, without liability. Any material changes will be communicated to entrants.
10.4. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform used to promote it.
10.5. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
