A Queer Met Gala-Themed Wedding Full of Elegance, Community and Pure Joy - Brooke & Lilly at The Mount Without

When we say top-tier, this is what we mean. Brooke (she/her) and Lilly (they/he/she) tied the knot in a way that truly broke the mould - a magical, Met Gala-inspired wedding bursting with creativity, chosen family, and absolute Queer joy. Held at the breathtakingly unique venue The Mount Without in Bristol, their day was the perfect blend of opulence, intimacy, and full-blown party energy.

We knew from the moment we met them that this was going to be something special - and it did not disappoint.

Brooke and Lilly sit in front of a gothic stained glass window at The Mount Without in Bristol, surrounded by their wedding party dressed in bold, glamorous outfits. A joyful, Met Gala-themed LGBTQ+ wedding celebration captured by Rebel Love Club, queer wedding photographers in the UK.

The Vision - Met Gala Meets Deeply Personal

Brooke and Lilly didn’t want a traditional wedding. They wanted a celebration that reflected their personalities, their community, and the absolute vibes they bring to everything they do.

So, they told their guests to go bold: the dress code? Outdress the couple.

Spoiler: impossible - Brooke wore a sequin, strapless stunner of a dress, while Lilly rocked an embroidered white suit with golden detailing that quite literally shimmered in the candlelight.

The Ceremony

Surrounded by stained glass, gothic architecture, and flickering candles, their ceremony was beautifully intimate, a reflection of their connection and shared values. With heartfelt words, teary glances, and one of the most moving "I do" moments we’ve ever captured, we were all a little misty-eyed behind the camera.

And yes, the venue’s mezzanine became the perfect place for post-ceremony champagne, hugs, and iconic group shots with their wedding party, each person absolutely dripping in glam and Queer excellence.

The Entertainment? Iconic.

This wasn’t a sit-down-and-make-polite-chat reception. This was community-powered brilliance. Friends stepped in throughout the day - from a pole dance performance before dinner to live singing during the drinks reception and a rotating line-up of guest DJs that kept the party going into the night.

It was clear that this wasn’t just Brooke and Lilly’s day, it was a collective celebration of chosen family, Queer love, and everything Rebel Love Club is about.

Capturing the Day

We feel so honoured to have photographed and filmed Brooke and Lilly’s day. From the quiet tender moments during prep, to the loud, sparkly chaos of the dance floor - it was a dream to capture.

Every shot tells a story: the softness between them, the boldness of their styling, the joyful rebellion against tradition, and the deep connection they share.

I just read this article about Brooke and Lilly's wedding, and I have to say, it's truly inspiring. I really liked the attention to detail, creativity, and festive atmosphere that combines luxury with the warmth of intimacy. When you read stories like this, you realize how important it is to cherish moments of joy and freedom of self-expression. While I was looking through the material, I thought about how important it is to take care of yourself and your health in order to fully enjoy life. That's why I want to recommend the website https://ways2well.com/blog/stem-cell-injections-for-foot-pain-a-non-surgical-solution-at-ways2well, where you can learn about modern methods of supporting the body, in particular stem cell injections as a non-surgical solution to foot pain problems.
